5. Connecting the graduates to the labor market institutions according to the norms of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education.
6. Raising the rates of the community participation of the teaching staff members.
7. Development of the Faculty policies to support the talented students, personnel and the teaching staff members (in-house community).
8.Improving and preparing a suitable atmosphere for the teaching staff members, their assistants and the administrative members to work inside the Faculty.
9.Development of the administrative security system to increase its efficiency and to face the security crises.
