As implementation for the directives issued by Prof. Mohammed Hussain, Tanta University President, to achieve the principle of management by objectives (MbO), and under patronage of Prof. Faten Abu Taleb, Faculty Dean, the faculty honored three managers of different departments:
•    Mrs. Hanaa Samir, Manager of Education and Student Affairs Department, ranked first
•    Mrs. Ola Khattab, Manager of the Engineering Department, ranked second
•    Mr. Mohammed Al-Ashram, Manager of the Administrative Affairs, ranked third
   Prof. Faten Abu Taleb, Prof. Ali Al-Shaikh, and Prof. Yasser Al-Makaky honored the winners and gave them certificates of appreciation.
