Under patronage of President of the Republic, M.G/ Leader of the Northern Military Region; Prof. Mohammed Hussain, Tanta University President; M.G/ Gharbia Governor; Prof. Faten Abu Taleb, Dean of Faculty of Dentistry; and Prof. Yasser Al-Makaky, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, the faculty participated in the medical convoy to Damat Village, Qotour District, that lasted for one week. It was organized in the light of joint cooperation between Gharbia Governorate, Faculty of Dentistry, Dentists Syndicate in Gharbia, and Ministry of Health and Population to implement medical convoys to the neediest areas in the governorate. It was attended by Faculty Dean, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and a number of academic staff from different departments. 176 cases were diagnosed and treated.
