The second committee for job performance assessment was held at Faculty of Dentistry under patronage of Prof. Faten Abu Taleb, Faculty Dean; with the membership of Prof. Sherin Ali, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; Dr. Rehab Abdullah, Manager of Quality Assurance Unit; Dr. Tahany Allam, Lecturer at Computer and Automatic Control Engineering Department and Manager of Job Performance Assessment Unit; and Mr. Mohammed Al-Ganzoury, Secretary-General of the Faculty.
   For her part, Prof. Faten Abu Taleb asserted on keenness of the faculty administration on the periodical assessment for job performance at all departments of the administrative apparatus to develop the administrative system and link the performance to the aims and standards of institutional excellence in the light of Egypt’s vision 2030.
   The assessment committee indicated that all the assessment was conducted in complete transparency and the result of the assessment will be ratified by Prof. Faten Abu Taleb to be uploaded on the performance assessment platform. Managers of the administrative departments stated that they benefited from the assessment committee and its hints.
   At the end of the meeting, Dr. Tahany Allam was honored for her vital and effective role in enhancing the policy of institutional assessment at the university.
