Infection Control Unit, affiliated to Community Service and Environmental Development Department at Faculty of Dentistry, organized the events of the second day of the mandatory training course for the third-year students. It was attended by 76 students to prepare them for clinical training while promoting proper infection prevention and control practices and ensuring safe handling of dental equipment and clinical facilities.
   The events were held on September 14th, 2026, under patronage of Prof. Yasser Al-Makaky, Acting Faculty Dean and Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development; and Dr. Doaa Youssef, Manager of the Infection Control Unit. 
   The day was lectured by Dr. Al-Shaimaa Al-Sandouby and Dr. Aya Al-Sa’dany, Lecturers at Pediatric Dentistry Department; Mrs. Amany Hamdy, Nursing Supervisor at the Faculty, as well as a number of technicians of medical equipment.
