Training and Development Unit

Overview

The unit was established according to the decree issued by Faculty Dean on November 17th, 2024, seeking to develop the skills of faculty personnel at all sectors and departments.
In addition, it improves supportive solutions for digital transformation and for upgrading institutional performance.

Vision

The unit aims to be a trusted resource to achieve the utmost benefit from its human capabilities and skills. In addition, it provides individuals with information and culture, and inspires them to achieve their professional goals and create a stimulating work environment for the workers .

Enhancing the knowledge and skills of the employees and faculty members at the Faculty of Dentistry, Tanta University, and acting as a strategic partner to assist other departments in achieving their goals through learning programs and development initiatives.
