Under patronage of Prof. Mohammed Hussain, Tanta University President; Prof. Mahmoud Salim, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; and Prof. Yasser Al-Makaky, Acting Dean of Faculty of Dentistry; Community Service and Environmental Development Department organized the events of the activation courses for intern dentists on September 20th and 21st, 2026.
The first day was lectured by:
•    Prof. Malaak Youssef Shakhba, Professor at Oral Medicine, Periodontology, Oral Diagnosis and Oral Radiology Department.
•    Title of the lecture: First Aid in Dental Practice
•    Prof. Mona Al-Ahmady Al-Meleegy, Lecturer at Oral Medicine, Periodontology, Oral Diagnosis and Oral Radiology Department. 
•    Title of the lecture: Dental Management Medically Compromised Patients
The second day was lectured by:
•    Dr. Al-Shaimaa Ibrahim Abdul Aziz, Lecturer at Pediatric Dentistry Department. 
•    Title of the lecture: Infection control
•    Dr. Rania Hassaan Daif, Lecturer at Emergencies Department at Faculty of Medicine. 
•    Title of the lecture: C.P.R
The courses were attended by 97 intern dentists.
