In line with keenness of the Faculty Administration to support student activities and enhance continuous communication with students, Prof. Mohammed A-Makaky, Acting Dean of Faculty of Dentistry, held an expanded meeting with the members of Youth Welfare Department on Tuesday, September 29th, 2026.
   The meeting focused on outlining the main framework for student activities and events scheduled for the new academic year 2026/2027. Discussions addressed the activation of student activities and the development of an integrated plan covering cultural, artistic, and sports activities, as well as efforts to overcome obstacles facing students.
The meeting also emphasized welcoming and engaging new students in student activities to help them integrate into university life and benefit from the various activities offered by the faculty.
   Prof. Al-Makaky stressed that student activities represent a fundamental pivot in building and developing the personality of university students, enhancing their skills, talents, and sense of responsibility. The meeting was attended by Mr. Mohammed Al-Genzoury, Secretary-General of the Faculty.
   At the conclusion of the meeting, Prof. Al-Makaky commended the positive and effective role played by the Student Welfare Department and praised its continued efforts to support students and enrich their academic life.
