Under patronage of Prof. Mohammed Hussain, Tanta University President; Prof. Mahmoud Salim, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Faten Abu Taleb, Faculty Dean; and Prof. Yasser Al-Makaky, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, Faculty of Dentistry participated in the medical and treatment visit to Al-Folk Foundation in Kafr Al-Zayyat for persons with special needs. It was organized on March 17th, 2026, with participation of three academic staff from different departments at the faculty. A number of the residents of the institution were examined, and the necessary dental procedures were performed, including tooth extractions, root canal treatments, routine fillings, and dental scaling. The visit was organized by Prof. Mahmoud Salim, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, who praised the exerted efforts at the dentistry clinic.
