As part of the commitment of the Faculty Administration to supporting student activities and promoting continuous communication, Prof. Yasser Al-Makaky, Acting Dean of Faculty of Dentistry, held an extensive meeting today, Sunday, October 25th, 2026, with the Student Welfare Department to establish the main framework for student activities and events scheduled for the new academic year.
  At the beginning of the meeting, Prof. Al-Makaky welcomed the attendees and expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to member of the Student Welfare Department for their efforts and contributions during the previous period.
   The meeting addressed ways to enhance student activities, develop a comprehensive plan covering cultural, artistic, and sports activities, and overcome any obstacles facing students. Discussions also focused on welcoming new students and encouraging their integration into various student activities. Prof. Al-Makaky emphasized that student activities are a fundamental pivot in shaping students’ personalities and developing their skills.
   The meeting was attended by Prof. Sherin Abdel Mawla, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; Mr. Mohammed Al-Ganzoury, Secretary-General of the Faculty; and Mr. Mohammed Al-Nahhas, Director of the Student Welfare Department.
   At the conclusion of the meeting, Prof. Al-Makaky praised the positive and effective role played by the Student Welfare Department in supporting student activities.
